1. What should be stored in repositories, "real" scripts, snippets, everything that contains a single line of scripting code?
2. Who should maintain the huge (depending on point 1. and what is regarded as: should be available from a repository) list of different repositories or should only one (e.g. github) account be used to store every script?
I'm currently thinking about one master script (called "Script Control") that could be used as a simple access method to list | checkout | update | etc. available scripts but the portable msysgit for windows is about 214MB (extracted) large. Is it really worth the hassle?
