putting Xyplorer icons on desktop

On my desktop computer, I have a number of desktop links that open drives and folders in Xyplorer instead of in Windows Explorer (the only exception is My Computer, which I haven't been able to figure out). However, on my laptop, which is also Win 7x64, I can't seem to get past Win Explorer. Is there a trick to this? There is no "open with" in the context menu to get to Xyplorer and I'm on the road for an extended time and so can't compare with my home computer. Thanks,

To be sure, you've already set both options in Configuration > Shell Integration, on your laptop?
