Automatic New Tab from Favorite Folders?

Does XY have a setting or can it be configured such that when using the TB for Favorite Folders and making a selection it will automatically open in a New Tab?

If this feature exists already forgive my ignorance.

If it does not it would make a fine addition.

Hold SHIFT. (This always works when going to a location.)

It's listed in Help / Help on Keyboard Shortcuts:

Hold Shift Open the location you are going to in a new tab.

Hold Ctrl+Shift Open the location you are going to in the inactive pane.

But with so many features it's impossible to make everything stuck out. (hedgehog comes to mind)
