Move To and Copy To missing from context menu

When did the Copy To and Move To option disappear in the right mouse click menu? I use to be able to right mouse click and go to a flyout menu to copy or move files.

Assuming that Configuration > Extended > Context Menus > Custom items in shell context menu, is enabled, you can set custom items separately for Folder Tree and File List by clicking the buttons below, including Move/Copy/Backup To.
