Rquest : Multi folders Tag script

I need a script to Tag Multi folders and adding the new tag to "tags list".
ex: I want to tag this folders list>>
C:\walls
C:\animals
D:\My Fav\wallpaper

With "Full HD Walls" and meanwhile adding this tag to the Tags list.
