XY crashes every time I try to run it. What to do?

Hi,

Last time I use XYplorer v.10.90 everything was going great. When I close XY it was showing a folder with images in detal+thumbnail view.
After I have turn off and turn on the computer, XY is crashing every time I try running it.
I try to install v.11.10. First just the "no-Install" Package and the crash still happening. After, I also tried the full-install. Same problem again.
Windos 7 message to the error is below. I would appreciate help to solve it! Advance thanks!

Just a guess: GDI++?

When I set Windows magnifier (windows + [+]) options refereed to "ClearType" font XY became normal again. The message bellow appeared and after that everything is normal.

a) Is it related to GDI++?

b) By the way, could any problem be generated to XY customizations, tags, catalog etc when upgrading using full-install pack? I mean, even using XY full-install pack, will XY maintain my customizations?

What seeting is that? Do you have a screenshot?

Your config files are not touched by an installation.

Follows attached the screenshot.
The magnifier options are accessed by key "windows" + key "+".

You get a crash when you do what?

I changed the mentioned options (when adjusting you need to change among different font rendering preferences).
I realized that just after re-set the options I had changed XYplorer stopped crashing.

I tried that but get no crash.

Maybe it also has something to do with non-english language.
