Too much smartness, from my point of view.
If I want to switch the pane and load a tabset, I can switch and then load to active pane - no pane number in tabset/load needed at all.
But now, if I load in other pane but don't want to switch, I first load and
then must switch back.
(OK: I could switch, then load active, then switch again
)
For me not really logical.
In real it's still more complicated: I want to load tabsets to both panes!
Wish: load tabset1 to pane 1 and load tabset2 to pane 2, ready.
But now: look/remember which pane is active, load both tabsets, and then maybe switch back to the pane that was active before

too much smartness, as I have to "code against it".
