Would it be possible for you to include some nice icons for custom tool bar buttons?

Also, would it be possible for you to have the Tool Bar expand multiple Rows?

You can add you own icons to the custom user buttons. Right-click>Edit and in the icon field add path to icon.
Multiple rows has been asked before, but space is one of the main concerns. But using scripting (if you have pro version) you can create multiple toolbar sets and call them as you wish. You can also create buttons on current toolbar to switch to other user-created toolbars. If you are interested in this option ask around and one of us will help.
