How do you prevent the scripting dialog from displaying when a rename error occurs with renameitem? If the value is "" if it's invalid you can tell in the code, but if you don't want anything reported to the user, how?
Thanks

Re: Turn off Scripting error dialog
Don, I know this is a valid error, but it takes considerable time to produce a procedure it -- I'd rather spend time elsewhere, unless I get slapped by it again. Further, I'm to starting seriously to think the origin of actually creating this error might very well be directly related to where this thread is now going to go (I suspect another thread I've posted is also caused by): http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=7587admin wrote:Which error do you mean?
