Background jobs window

Don't know if I am the only one, but the close button on "Background jobs" window sometimes makes me wonder if it will stop my file operations rather than just closing the window. Maybe use something else (minimize?) to make it more clear?
Also, there could be a stop or abort button here to stop running operations?

Next version will have a tooltip on the Close button.
