Confirmed, my fault. It turns out this value has to be a signed 16-bit integer for which the maximum value is 32767.

Well, there is no solution. 32767 is the limit. Ask microsoft to extend it... :)

That's sad really. Bill Gates, you son of a ... So this new feature we can say goodbye to it? Or there is some hope after all?

Just curious, why do you need the tooltip for such a long duration?
