is there any xyplorer command/script available to eject cd/dvd/USB sticks?

no, but there are plenty of solutions online.
for example: create shortcut with "RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll" for unplugging USB.
for ejecting cd you can use nircmd.
