XYplorer itself has the ability to define favorite folders and files through its Favorites menu, which allows you to do everything in (an already running instance of) XYplorer.

Welcome,

1) Open XYplorer, go to menu File>Settings>Create shortcut to this configuration
2) Drag the new shortcut from Desktop to quick launch folders.
