All my files in preview I get " cannot decode"

This happened with all audio and all video files today--I went in F9 and previewed formats --they are all there, perhaps with diff apps but what happened? What did I do?? -- more importantly how to revert?? Win 7 Ultimate.32

Not addressing the main issue but you can delete the other post/thread yourself as long as nobody has replied to it -- and BOTH threads are in this same subforum so not sure why you did it twice -- most all of us read all sub-forums anyway so doesn't matter that much where you do so.

I rebooted several times, I replaced a "Drive Snapshot" image of last week, but still the same problem!! Never mind--will try a full 100% reformat later today. Thanks.
