Can someone show/tell me what Underline selected rows do

There is an tooltip explanation and a popup message that appear after I enable but if I understand it correctly,if I select a row,it will Underline it not completely highlight the row with dark blue color(like it's here even if that option is enabled...including "highlight selected row")

I've duplicated the settings in the screen example above and am still not able to get the entire line to highlight. I am running 10.10.0100 on a Win 7 x64 machine. Tried making the changes also as an administrator and no change. Also tried running in XP compatibility mode and still nothing.

The row highlighting is working fine on my XP machine. Is it a Win 7 thing or am I missing something else?

You do have Tools > Customize List > Full Row Select, enabled?
