How to Print the Contents of a Folder

I have a Folder with some 400 Movies in it.
Each movie has it's Own Folder, Named accoring to the name of the Movie.
I would Like to Print This List ( either Directly to the Printer or To A File ).
How can I do This.

How can I do This.

1. Show the Info Panel (Window > Show Info Panel).
2. Select the Report tab.
3. Select your options.
4. Click on either the To Printer or To File button.
