Forbid non-admin users to save setts?

I am trying to prevent non-admin users from saving (File/Settings, almost everything in there) any setting on XYplorer and so far Admin Settings on Help file is the closest I got but not the answer I need. Any hint on this please?

Edit: Special fine-tuning over each allowed save type (none, all or some) would do a great difference.
