color filter for files played in winamp or txt file opened i

Hello

Is it possible to make a color filter which will color the filename of the file name currently used (played) in winamp or any other application ?

It could be the same for a txt file open in the notepad

I tried with the Accessed attribute but with no luck, I must have missed something
