Yellow highlight on tab always ON?

Yellow highlight on tab always ON?
The option "Yellow highlight marks selected tab in classic style" works only if i am in "XYplorer classic" style, in "Windows Themes (XP and higher)" style the yellow highlight is always there. Shouldn't the yellow highlight be always OFF in "Windows Themes (XP and higher)" style?

That highlight is part of the theme. I cannot control it.
