Overwrite
I would love to see more options when I am manually backing up files to another location. When overwriting existing files, I would like to see the standard options plus, YES-IF NEWER TO ALL. This way I don't have to take the time to re-copy files that haven't changed. Thanks!!

Until such time when this may be added, as a fellow user, I'd suggest using the freeware vers of SyncBack for this function...It solved almost all my backup functions....
Still spending WAY TOO much time here! But it's such a pleasure helping XY be a treasure!
