Multi window saved layouts?

How about the ability to save favorite folder locations and saving them to open up by clicking a menu item and having them appear in new windows?

I think you can do that by an script, f.ex. there is an script to store and load Session (current open tabs)
There is also an example with catalog to load paths as new tabs.
