too much information
I don't use this program non-stop the way it seems many users here do. The problem is when I look for something simple (e.g. removing the listing of a disconnected network drive) - I either get too little information (press F4 or F5) - too much information (in the help file) - or no information (search result in the forum). Maybe this program has gotten too complicated. I am not able to devote the time to learn this thing inside and out the way some of you have. I need simple answers to simple questions. - My comment here is not for the purpose of figuring out how to get rid of a disconnected network drive listing - it's just to vent my frustration. Thanks.

Re: too much information
This is a very general problem, almost a law of nature with software: The software grows and grows to cover a larger user/customer base, whereas the individual user does not grow, so for each user the software gets more clumsy, complicated, and stuffed with things he never needs. The problem is that for each user the "things he never needs" is a different selection. I don't have a solution for this.
