Missing In Action - Tools|List Management|Tag List #???

When forced to do a little scripting went looking for the code to Tools|List Management|Tag List #??? but it doesn't seem to have one either in Make List of Commands or Customize Keyboard Shortcuts. #610 opens up List Management but how to get directly to List Management|Tag List?

Where is it hiding.

Fixed but has it been incorporated into a Beta? Still can't find it in v9.90.0703. Nothing appears between Colors Filters and Selection Filters.
