Predictable dedupe on formatlist.

Post by tiago »

I'd like to suggest a flag to preserve capitals or lower cases as currently it seems to be randomly done ("Aa" sometimes results in "a" or "A", regardless of positions on source).

What with mixed case in strings longer than one character, e.g. "aB", "ab", "AB", "Ab". Too exotic.

formatlist() is a useful general purpose function. You want a very specific extra functionality of formatlist().
