preserving file creation date?

I have some files on a Windows XP PC that I would like to copy to a Windows 7 PC. When I do this, the file creation date changes to the current date. I want the old creation date preserved. Will XYPlorer do this? Also, same issue with attachments to Outlook pst files - actually worse because the created and modified dates change to the current date. Thanks.

Have you tried "Backup to"? (Search help file for more info.)
