Change opacity of empty folders?

Post by highend »

Hi,

Is there any way to display empty folders (in all panes & in minitree if possible) with a different opacity (50%) like it is done for system folders?

It's one of the features from SpeedCommander and I miss that one (apart from a few others) ;)

The color filters don't do it (with e.g. "attr:d AND size:0").

Regards,
Highend

The color filter size:0 actually works also for folders, but only if you show folders sizes in the file list.

In the tree it is not possible. Would slow things down. We don't want to get as slow as "speed"-commander, do we?

Mh,

Tools - Configuration - General - Show folder sizes in file list (active).

I'm in a folder now. All subfolders show their folder sizes. None of them is empty.

Now I create a new subfolder "abc". It's folder size isn't autocalculated afterwards.

I press Shift + F5 and the size changes to [Empty]

I enable Color Filters (the ageM: d //modified today has been disabled before and size:0 is enabled) now.

Result: the "abc" folder looks exactly the same like all subfolders with content in it.

I'm sorry, you are right!

It will work in the next beta version.

No problem.

Is it also a bug that the size of a new folder isn't autocalculated after creating it (with "Tools - Configuration - General - Show folder sizes in file list" enabled)?
