On Tweaking an upgrade

Ungraded to 9.90.0200 and applied the Tweak “Configuration | Undo & Action Log | Prompt before undo/redo” which was requested and is highly useful.

IMO it should be stressed more to new users that upon upgrading XY has to be opened and closed once for changes to the INI file to take effect. There is a notice of sorts in the Title Bar but it is subtle and easily missed.
