Click on a catalog item, then try to rename another catalog item with F2 but without activating that item. It's hard to do, isn't it. But i don't always want to activate the other item, just select it and rename with F2.
I know i can right click on it and use the contextmenu but that leaves the F2 function un-usable for me.
So a suggestion: use the icon area to select the item and the rest to activate it.
catalog: select or activate

You can select by arrow keys without activating.

Yes, but what if you have 20 items and have the first one activated but want to rename the last one. That could be frustrating having to arrow down through all the items. I don't know what the solution is, though.admin wrote:You can select by arrow keys without activating.
