DUPE: Nav via Arrows does not refresh Preview / IP

I don't think this was correctly fixed...

From a fresh copy of v9.70.0003 the first focus change after navigating to a new location updates the IP, even via up/down, but any subsequent focus changes triggered by up/down do not. Select/Focus-ing an item via click or toggling the preview (Ctrl+Q x 2) does force an update.

Can't reproduce with 9.70.0038 on Windows 7 x64. Going by your post title, you see this in both .0003 as well as .0038?

Yes, if I didn't I wouldn't have reported it. Perhaps related to XP SP3 if you don't see it in 7 x64.

First noticed in .0038.
Then reproduced in .0027.
Jumped back to stable release 9.70.0000 and could not reproduce.
Split my archive history and reproduced it in .0007.
Split my archive history again and reproduced it in .0005.
Took the earliest beta I have after 9.70.0000, which was 9.70.0003 and could still reproduce.

Change log confirms that as a likely suspect for the issue's I N C E P T I O N.
