:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Ctrl-Shift-Left/Right doesn't just move tab

Post by Chris Wood »

Ctrl-Shift-arrowkey now opens a new tab at the same time as moving the current tab. This is very annoying, since AFAIK Ctrl-Shift-arrow is the only way to move tabs...
test everything. hold on to the good.

Cannot reproduce this either. When i do ctrl+shft+arrow it just moves the tabs. Doesnt open anything, just moves the tab.

I can reproduce this behavior in both 0022 and 0024. We at least have the Shift+scrollwheel in 0024 to get around it, but the keyboard is just handier sometimes.

Strange. Works fine for me with both versions.

Hmmmmmm. I'm trying to see if I have some option turned on or off that may affect that behavior, but I don't really see anything. I suppose if we could find out what version this started happening with Don could figure it out, but I don't keep old versions of XY around.

Funny bug. It only comes out when the tree has focus.

Cool, it's fixed in 0025. Thanks!

Maybe this is just part of the catalog's work in progress, but the tab reordering doesn't work if the catalog has focus.
