New scripting command ::makecoffee

::makecoffee is a welcome addition but rather mundane. Software as advanced as XY needs something with more sophistication for its loyal user base. How about adding the following -

Or even better -

The great thing about the new scripting command is that it's actually 'two pane' since v9.50.0104

That means we can have Caffè Misto in one pane and Columbian filter special in the other
