How to remember columns setting

How to let xyplorer to remember a default columns lists in the panes?

I have removed the "Comment" column from the view, but the "Comment" column shows up again once I open folders from the tree or the category.

Be sure you're NOT having the (F9) Configuration > Startup and Exit > "save settings on exit" UNTICKED.
If so, you may want to enable the Custom Toolbar Button "Save All Settings" (see your other post for a little help on how to do this, if you already don't know), thus allowing to easily save the changes you need while keeping your workspace always the same.

Hi, SkyFrontier. Thank you. "Save on Exit" is already ticked but it didn't work.

The bottom "save all settings" solves the problem.
