ReadMe.txt seems to not be updating on install of new vers

ReadMe.txt seems to not be updating on install of new vers

My readme.txt is still on 4.50.44 but my exe is on .60..... :?
I don't think I've done anything unusual...maybe I did?

I change it only on official releases.
