DnD between panes fails

Using v9.40.0000, the following steps reproduce a bug when attempting to DnD file(s) from one pane onto opposite pane's folder.

1) Open a location with some files in pane 1 and another location with some folders in pane 2 (preferably on another drive).
2) Select a folder in pane 2, then select a file in pane 1 and try to DnD it to that focused folder in pane 2.
3) Instead of DnDing said file to that folder in pane 2, XYplorer would copy it to current path, which is not what was intended at all.

FYI, I could reproduce it with a fresh install as well

This bug can also be reproduced in v9.40.0001 (tested just in case it was fixed without being mentioned in the changelog).
