Sliding Tree.
A feature I miss the most in XYplorer (besides the dual tree) is the sliding of the tree. When I have to move files around from list to tree it's just impossible since I can't actually see where I'm going to most of the times - I can move the files vertically, right, but when it comes to arrange the tree horizontally without releasing the rich mouse button (dragging the file) just to see a target location, or open a closed folder I need to put the selected file and that is out of visual range (and out current XY horizontal scrolling capabilities), it's a no go. Can this be revised, please?

Re: Sliding Tree.
Easy way to test that: drag a file from list to tree. Take a folder with several subfolders on it and keep opening then to the last level. XY will not arrange the tree so we can see which folder the file will go.

I have been taking notes on all of those suggestions and had to post them at some point in the time, right? (Or fight my way through discussion...) Vacation's last week, not bad for that...

Also for the
As a side note: I prefer you solution than what I have seen in another file managers, which is: auto-centering folders on tree's viewport when hovering mouse on them. It's a good idea, in theory - but turns into an irritating thing after you use it for some time.
Keep it going!

+ Tree: Now a tree with a horizontal scrollbar auto-scrolls into
view when you drag-hover the left or right margins, aka Hot
Scrolling.
Also for the
in the same build, which solves another little problem with high benefits on usability side.* List | Inline Rename. Now it's a three-step circle...
