SkyFrontier wrote:...set it to ZERO? Weird... As for the wording, PopupMenusAtSelection should be ENABLED to do the trick (logic is inverted as it currently is).
Anyways, PopupMenusAtSelection=0 did the trick. Thanks, Stefan!
Oh - posted that problem on where you told to. Forgot to mention, though...
Thank you!!!
Selection means various things here: selected items, or selected (= focused) control. It does not mean mouse pointer.

@Don: Left clicking on the dropdown arrow of address bar shows recent history of typed terms. Would it possible to invoke Breadcrumbs when one right-clicks on the dropdown arrow?
This might be better than the proposed breadcrumb (Vista/Win7 style) because of horizontal space limitations in Win7's AB that fits probably 6-7 folders for me. Just a thought.
You mean to invoke the breadcrumb popup menu?
Yes, another way of invoking BC, unless you are coming up with Win7 styled breadcrumbs soon.
But, I would still use XY breadcrumbs because:
Like i said before, Win7 breadcrumbs are good, but after navigating 6-7 folders, older paths get moved away and one has to click that little arrow on the left to see older paths.
While XY's breadcrumbs are stacked one below other which makes it better i think.
If user had an easier way to access those paths (such as right-click on AB dropdown) using mouse without adding extra button or right-clicking on tab header icon (which is kind of away from AB and users won't remember this easily) it might be very useful.
Very cool idea!! Done. 8) :D
Thanks Don! This is very useful. :D
and the ctrl+right-click is neat too!

...can the right click (default? Perhaps... to not compromise regular usage, I'd suggest make another key combo for this "new" function...) have options like 1st click/key combo pressing breadcrumb, 2nd MyComputer/special folders, 3rd default XY right click menu and 4th the default windows right click menu, all cycled if pressed in a row at "x" user defined ms intervals? All concatenated in a single place, all at hand at any time. Also following PopupMenusAtSelection INI tweak....

...but simplicity was the original idea that moved me to propose that!
