command line startpath not working

With Xyplorer already running, I'm no longer able to open a foreground tab to a specific folder with the following command line:

[path to xyplorer]xyplorer mystartpath

Checked the help file and couldn't find any indication that the syntax has been changed.

Note that if XY isn't already running in the background, the same command line works. (It launches XY and open "mystartpath".)

I'm using 9.20.0007 on Win7 x64, but the problem has been bugging me for a few builds. Reverting back to current official release solved the problem.

Doesn't work for the recycle bin

I created a shortcut in the desktop for XYplorer.exe "Recycle Bin" and it only works if the application is already running. Can it be fixed?
