configuration dialog box centering and multi-monitor

I'd like to wish for a feature. I'd like the configuration dialog box (well really any dialog box, but the configuration dialog box is what I notice it on) to appear relative to the XYplorer window, not the screen. Perhaps what I'm seeing is only a symptom of Windows XP's (lack of) multi-monitor support, but when I've got my monitors set up so that the left monitor is the primary monitor and the right monitor is the second monitor and XYplorer is on the second (right) monitor and I bring up the Configuration dialog box it appears centered on the left (primary) monitor. I'd much rather have it centered above the XYplorer window. This would also make it easier when working with two different installations of XYplorer, for example the one on my USB stick and the one on my computer. Currently, since they appear centered with regard to the (primary) monitor, I have to move them to be over the xy that it belongs to in order to keep things straight, even if I only have one monitor. Thank you.
