Replace windows open file dialog

I'd like to use XY for the windows open file dialog, like when opening an Icon file when editing an XY button.

There may be others but as I wrote there, I don't believe it's possible.

Replacing explorer.exe would replace the start menu... desktop...

The change will probably need to be done in the registry for specific cases of what is called when.

Directory Opus does this, but they want 3 healthy organs for their program.

I don't believe we ever found out where this code exists but I'm not sure that it's within explorer.exe either...as I wrote:

I'm not 100% sure but I think this not actually WE but a subset/variant of it specifically for use in/by Open so thus XY can't intercept it...I'm sure someone else will correct me if I'm off base.
