Multiple windows, configuration files

After editing a button, I noticed my other XY window had not updated and did not use the new button parameters...
Maybe this should be in bugs.

Try this. With one XY open, add a button. Open a new XY, no button....

I'm afraid that I'll have cross-configured XY and lose some things.

You have to save settings (File / Settings / Save All Settings) in order to get them to disk. Only then a new instancce can read them from disk.
