I have a question about the Aliases feature just introduced.
Will it not cause problems that "@xxx=yyy" is a completely valid name format for files and folders?

Re: Question about Aliases
Only if "@xxx=yyy" is a subfolder of XYplorer.exe's folder -- rather unlikely case IMO... and if you really call a subfolder of XYplorer.exe's folder "@xxx=yyy" or "@xxx" then you should not use the alias "@xxx" and all is good.Mesh wrote:I have a question about the Aliases feature just introduced.

Okay, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't going to cause conflicts.
Thanks!

Re: Question about Aliases
It is possible to implement suggestion list (and maybe autocomplete) for aliases when typing alias in address bar?
I really miss it.

Re: Question about Aliases
Currently only the last used aliases are suggested. But it might be an idea to suggest them all.ilya wrote:It is possible to implement suggestion list (and maybe autocomplete) for aliases when typing alias in address bar?

It would be great to have suggestion list when typing alias. Please take my vote for this feature!
