Re: Here's the new BETA
I can definitely understand the need to have some features only in prof vers, but as one who has tried this feature, and who will also thus get a down-grade via this change, I'd suggest: Allow free users to set/retain, maybe two entries in list max, but retaining more would be only in prof.admin wrote: * Revised professional-license-only features: - Color Filter

Now that is beautiful...thank you very much!admin wrote:Code: Select all

I have a Logitech MX700 cordless optical mouse and unfortunately the back/forward buttons don't work with v4.40.0064.admin wrote:Code: Select all
v4.40.0064 - 27.01.06 11:29 + Added support for XButtons: 2 special buttons on some mice that can be used for moving backwards and forwards in the history. Beware, it's aircode! Those having XButtons, please test!!

Re: Here's the new BETA
Download the latest XYplorer BETA version (v4.40.0065, 28-jan-2006).
Code: Select all
v4.40.0065 - 28.01.06 15:26
! Address bar had a problem with entering drive specs like "C:\"
(claiming they were hidden). Fixed.
Re: Here's the new BETA
Windows Explorer catches the click of the buttons literally anywhere...list, tree, toolbar, titlebar, statusbar, etc. Performs the same action irregardless of where the click occurs.admin wrote:JustinF wrote:I have a Logitech MX700 cordless optical mouse and unfortunately the back/forward buttons don't work with v4.40.0064.admin wrote:Code: Select all

I also have a GE optical mouse that I bought at Best Buy; the back/forward buttons don't work with that mouse either.

Re: Here's the new BETA
Download the latest XYplorer BETA version (v4.40.0076, 03-feb-2006).
Code: Select all
v4.40.0076 - 03.02.06 18:12
! Menu Edit/New: when creating a new folder/file on a root drive a
prompt showed up "Are you sure you want to create an item in a
hidden system folder?". Nonsense. Fixed.
v4.40.0075 - 02.02.06 19:38
+ Revised support for XButtons (aka extension buttons, navigation
buttons): 2 special buttons on some mice that can be used for
moving backwards and forwards in the history.
Beware, it's aircode! Those having XButtons, please test!!
And, it's 2K/XP only.
* Changed mouse wheel support routines.
Does it still work everywhere? In Win98 too...?
+ Toolbar: added "Open Command Prompt Here" button.

Re: Here's the new BETA
Download the latest XYplorer BETA version (v4.40.0077, 04-feb-2006).
Code: Select all
v4.40.0077 - 04.02.06 10:41
! Mouse wheel support back to normal. Should work as before.
The little experiment in v4.40.0075 failed: did not work for all
mouse brands under all OSs.
+ Menu Edit: added command "Clear Clipboard". Allows you to
remove any files (and, en passant, everything else) from the
clipboard. Of course, the actual files are not touched by this
operation, even if they have been "Cut" to the clipboard.
