Creation of new standard files in tabbed folders

it could be useful to have the option of creating new files (besides TXT and folders) straight from an opened tabbed folder. Applications offered in this features could come from a customizable list.

You can do this and wilder things using scripting already. That's what scripting is there for: customize the app beyond the crowd's horizon.

Just FYI, (maybe i didn't get you right?) did you know "New Items" in right click context menu?
There is an corresponding folder "NewItems" where you can put empty files like:
JPG.jpg
PNG.png

or pre-formated files like:
New HTML {yyyy-mm-dd}.html
New.cmd

as templates.

For example you can copy the content from "C:\WINDOWS\SHELLNEW\*.*" to "NewItems" to access them from XY context menu, like:
WINWORD8.DOC
EXCEL9.XLS
