tag multi columns

i wonder if i could tag several columns ex : name and tag, or name, tag and comment, and not only all the row or only one column

Tags & comments apply to the file itself, not the column so not sure what you're referring to...it's sorta like the EXIF data on a JPG...you can have mutiple fields within it but there is only one EXIF per file.

huum - I mean the same tag for one file appears on several columns and not only at one or at all the row

i.e. I tag a file in yellow and i want "name" yellow and "tag" yellow, others columns without color. I only want to change the tag's display

You've got options, have a look in Configuration|Tags at the list under Coloring Style.
