Option to "don't save pane/tree resizing" after exit?

Post by TsunamiZ »

How about add an option to "don't save pane/tree resizing" after exit? So that we can preserve our preferred pane/tree sizes after exit, even after resizing them during the session.

Too special. Rather save manually (or via scripting) what you want to save and then exit without saving.

how about add an option to lock tree size? the dual panes can be easily reset via double clicking the bar. but its the tree size that is the main concern, since there is no way to reset it and it influences the sizing of the other panes. this is useful for preventing unwanted tree resizing when using xyplorer in reduced size window mode.

btw: i noticed the tree can get squished and resized when resizing xyplorer. in such cases, it would be nice if the tree can auto return to it's previous size when the window is enlarged again. so that we're not left with a squished tree that we have to manually fix.
