I just wanted to to put an FYI out there about this.

In some very large folders I was experiencing a very slow XY (it would freeze for 5-10secs) when going to the bottom of the folder using the slider. I noticed a huge uptick in Process Explorer on the MS Security Essentials engine (MsMpEng.exe) - so I figured it wasn't XY.

I thought about going back to ESET but I starting looking around in MSE - I excluded XY from real-time scanning - and that fixed the slow down.
