Focus is on an HTML document in the file list, Preview is selected in the Info Panel. If focus is then moved to the Info Panel (the easiest way is to grab the preview scroll bar) then Ctrl-P is pressed the print dialogue from I.E. is opened!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That behavior was not by design, of course. It's simply that the HTML preview is using the InternetExplorer-engine and when it has the focus it's also watching out for "its" hotkeys.
