I have added XY to my start up list and in the properties set it to run Minimised. But it always seems to start in its normal window mode.
What's happening dude?

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Yes, I know. But why start minimized? What for?rod147 wrote:If you go into the properties of any Windows shortcut, you have the option of starting the program in "Normal Window", Maximised or Minimised. But these setting do not appear to have any effect, XY will start in whatever mode it was in when you closed it.
Whatever, starting minimized is at the moment not supported.

It's not only minimised, I have the XY shortcut set to open XY maximised. It does not do this and opens XY in the same screen position and size as I closed it in (this is usually maximised so not a problem). Save settings on exit makes no difference, exit without saving makes no difference. It would appear that XY always opens in it's closed screen position and size.
