The problem was that I add a line
"ImageFromClipFormat=jpg100" in my INI file,
instead of find "ImageFromClipFormat=" in the configuration file!!

That's what I supected was occuring about two hours ago when I first replied

BTW, you say you are adding this...huh? ...The entry already existed in mine and I just modified it (as result of your post) from PNG to JPG

I am presuming that English may not be your native language so that may have made following this process more of a problem...anyway, glad the issue is resolved!
