Bold text on selected tab should shorten path appropriately

I don't think this is generally true, but it surely happens with some tabs. It all depends on the particular path and the width of the tab. The thing is: I'm not doing this stuff but I call the standard Windows API for shortening displayed paths. The algorithm at work is not documented AFAIK and might well be imperfect. It is of course possible to emulate & improve it but right now I have other things to do.
